David & Jane's Expulsion MUST be upheld and honored!

 On Sunday June 18,  community members stepped up to vote on Mike's motion to expel David & Jane from Boston May Day Coalition email list & meetings.  The motion passed,

John Harris, Heidi Hiland, David Keil and Antuan Castro Del-Rio claim that this vote was invalid based on a "rule" 5 or 6 people voted on requiring "due process" for an incident alleged that took place outside of & unrelated to BMDC business.

The expulsion vote on 6/18 does not require "due process" because everyone on the bmdc email list witnessed the transphobic attacks, and is not the same as person A accusing person B of an incident.

Also, Boston May Day Coalition has no public, published rules, bylaws, or protocols, etc, therefore John's claims of so called "rules" only exist in a few people's minds!  BMDC lacks transparency.
